4th Lesson! Flash – Color Panel & Tools

Dear Members,

Let us try few tools and work with color panel.

1. Open Flash
2. Select Pencil Tool from the tool bar.
3. Draw freehand line.
4. It may be black as the black is a default color for stroke.
5. Change the stroke color in the color panel to red.
6. Draw freehand line again.
7. Its red now.
8. Remember that you can change stroke color in the color panel as well as from the options provided in property Inspector.
9. Change the line type to dotted in property inspector.
10. Draw the line again.
11. It is now in the form of the line type you have selected.

3rd Lesson! Flash – Color Panel – Desktop

Dear Members,

We will see color panel in brief.

1. Open Flash
2. You will find the color panel at the right top corner of the desktop.
3. It is used for the regular objectives like changing stroke color, fill etc.
4. There is a drop down menu at the top right corner of the color panel.
5. This provides the option for solid, linear, radial and bitmap fill.
6. Select Linear.
7. You get the gradient fill type where you can select different color to create your own linear fill.
8. Select Radial.
9. You get the radial type of fill option where you can create your own radial fill.
10. Select solid to fill single color.
11. Select None to fill no color.
12. We will see Bitmap option afterwards.
